You are basically satisfied with the development and the attitude of your team. The training is always at a good level. The efforts and the effort are enormous, the development is certainly recognizable. But the results don't come?
It's the little things that ultimately make the difference. Maybe you are missing a professional, licensed coach with many years of international experience who can analyze the game of the team and each player individually! A trainer who can explain new exercises to you or conduct a training session for your team.

FITNESS TRAINING
The players or the team in general can be really good technically and tactically. However, the players cannot implement the coach's tactical instructions 100% on the pitch. What are the reasons? Why are the desired results not being achieved?
One of the main reasons for this is the physical/physical requirements of the individual player. This can lead to many players not being able to cope with the high rhythm and intensity and sustaining injuries.
It is all the more important to prepare the players for this and to sensitize them accordingly.
For this reason, the athletic coaches are an important factor in football. Unfortunately, it is not a matter of course to have an athletics coach in the club.
With a specific athletic program for the team or an individual player (especially if previously injured) based on evaluations of the team's or a player's performance.
My training program is based on scientific work, experience and a constant desire to improve.

FOOTBALL CAMP
Does your football club want to hold a football camp? I am happy to take over the overall planning and implementation of the camp at interesting conditions.
Of course, every participant will receive a training confirmation signed by me and a gift at the end of the camp.
On request, I can also take care of the food and, if necessary, the transport and accommodation for the camp participants.
